行走在教育路上

 进入全球化时代的今天,教育人的方式发生了翻天覆地的变化,在时代翻滚的大浪潮里面对纷繁复杂的社会,应该如何安放好自己的灵魂,积极地应对社会变革,重塑我们的生活方式成为每个教育者都应该思考的问题。我想,每个追梦的教育人都应该是目标清晰,在教育的康庄大道上执着的前行者。身为清英一名普通而平凡的教师,我的目标便是通过革新自己的思想与生活方式,努力成为更好的自己,致力于成为清英团队中的给力成员。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

 静心成为一个学习者

  曾有人说过生命之所以精彩不在于你达到的人生高度,而是因为你选择了向上飞翔的姿态。在清英这个大家庭里,我深知自己没有过人的才干与夯实的素质,只有通过规划好时间努力地学习,在阅读中丰厚自己的底蕴,让追梦之路更宽敞。作为教师,我们需要阅读,在阅读中汲取成长的力量,在阅读中与学生一起智慧地成长;作为教师,我应该抓住一切可以学习的机会,在实践中磨练自我,向成熟型老师转型面对各项任务,勇于尝试钻研,挑战自我,在历练中中增长自己的经验,因为真正的学习是终身的;作为教师,我是学习的倡导者,如果我们自身都不注重学习,就不能引领整个社会的学习。

精心成为规划者

《卡耐基成功之道》中曾经提出规划对于人生目标的实现有着重要的意义。梦想的实现不是一蹴而就的,它需要的我们首先规划自己的思想,思想能多远我们就能走多远。我们需要规划自己的人生目标,细化分级目标,最终规划我们的时间,提高工作的效率,学会规划工作之余剩下的8小时来学习。马云曾经在《不吃苦,你要青春干嘛》这篇演讲中说过:年轻就是要学会去拼搏,去挑战,青春最好的营养就是刻苦。做一位刻苦、勤奋的规划者,我们才能书写自己精彩的人生篇章。
